Complete Care Plus^TM is designed to provide you with an extra measure of peace of mind in the event of such problems, as well as protection against any rise in the cost of parts and labor for up to ten years.

What Does Complete Care Plus^TM cover?
The plan provides comprehensive protection against repair bills for your new Lennox equipment or for equipment from other manufacturers. We can provide you with a list of covered products. You may also purchase protection for your new Lennox accessories such as air cleaners, humidifiers, programmable thermostats, and zone controls.

What Options Are Available With Complete Care Plus^TM?
To supplement the standard warranty of your new Lennox equipment, you may purchase a Complete Care Plus^TM plan lasting for up to ten years covering parts, labor, and refrigerant. We can provide you with more details about these options.

Is Complete Care Plus^TM Affordable?
The price varies by product and the length of the plan selected, but averages only pennies a day. Since the Complete Care Plus^TM plan may be purchased at the time of your initial installation, you can include its cost in the financing of your equipment.

What If I Sell My Home?
Lennox Complete Care Plus^TM is fully transferable to the new owner if your home is sold. The documentation that you receive with your plan will explain the details.

What Is Not Covered?
Complete Care Plus^TM does not cover routine maintenance, failure due to neglect or cosmetic and non-operating components. The plan also excludes failures not related to mechanical or electrical malfunctions, such as earthquakes, storms, fire, water, theft, riot, abuse, misuse, etc.

Does Complete Care Plus^TM Require Regular Maintenance?
The Complete Care Plus^TM extended protection plan being purchased will be void unless routine maintenance is performed.
